Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to hygiene reasons and the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each set of nails is handmade to order based on the shape, length, and size selected by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@bestpressons.com and include:

Your order number

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for sets that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, BestPressOns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, cancellations may not be possible
