How to use?

They can be filed down if they are wide or can be reshaped by simply dipping them in hot water or using a hair dryer for a few seconds and gently pressing it down on a flat surface with the back of a spoon or a book, to flatten it slightly. Repeat the process until it fits perfectly. Precaution: Avoid direct skin contact with hot water or any hot surfaces to prevent injury.
